 The Rosewood Mitts (Light) by Jenny Noto uses the thorn stitch to create abeautiful and versatile stitch pattern that can be done in a single colorway or two.

The pattern is named after a wand from the Harry Potter books. Rosewood is an uncommon wand wood, with only two known witches possessing wands made with it.
