This 4-ply DK-weight yarn is a 100% US Mercerized Merino that offers exceptional softness, sheen, and strength. Made from US-grown merino in the Rocky Mountains and milled in South Carolina, this yarn is beautifully dyed in gorgeous hues in the Bay Area. The result is a soft, bouncy, and squishy yarn with the luxurious feel of cashmere and the easy care of superwash wool.

The mercerization process, similar to superwash, removes the fiber scales and adds a micro-silicone layer, making it smooth and less pricklyideal for those sensitive to even the finest merino.
