This course is for beginners and people with a little more than beginner experience!

In this 8-week course you’ll learn the basics of throwing clay on a wheel. Learn how to center, pull forms, trim, throw off the hump and add finishing touches like handles, decorations, underglaze and glazes.

Course includes 10kg of midfire clay, use of studio glazes and tools, firing of all pieces created in class.

What you need to bring: Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and an open mind! We’ll supply aprons if you don’t have one.

Refund policy: Class registration is non-refundable. Missed classes can be made up during drop-in hours when feasible (chat with us as the need arises).
